Description:Mock up the prototype and the mold fabricate, prepare the sample; Provide technical direction and solution in mold design, development, anufacture, debug, trial run and qualification; Take participant the molding process improvement; Support the operation team to resolve the molding domain related issue; Develop innovative and manufacturable design solutions for injection molds, mold modifications and related tooling designs; Requires independent evaluation, selection and application of engineering principles; Coordinate with project managers and production team to propose solutions to injection problems; Participate/Contribute to mold makeability study based on 2D/3D product construction file and prepare the makeability report to make sure all the action point can be followed up and the mold design has a right/optimized starting point; Direct and monitor the mold adaptation to ensure all the product design change can be correctly implemented.
